You raise some interesting points. The problems is you do not show us what your site is like or the amateur content you bought in. So I cannot comment on what you did buy. But this is good amateur stuff you may have missed.

Simple answer is; that is the level of their skills. It takes years of practise, experience, knowledge and the aptitude to become a pornogrpaher.
I know a lot of them will tell you this is what the Internet wants, which by coincidence is
all they can shoot. No arguments there are people that want this, but this market is over supplied. Which is why they have to give it away.
But can I suggest, show us your site so we can get a feel for what you are doing.
