Not true. Friend of mine didn't have sex for 5 years and she was fine. Once it's popped it's pretty much always popped (of course there are freaks where this isn't the case but, whatever).

According to what my health teacher told me, theres no way a woman's hymen can grow back after a long period of no sex... it might heal, but never grow back fully.
