So in other words, the guy was checking out your site maybe seeing how the shopping cart system worked (making orders and following through to see how it goes), how orders were placed, if it was instant download etc and in 10 MINUTES YOU killed his password?

10 minutes? You watch all the people who surf your site like this?

And as far as his phone being an answerring machine, how many of us have phone lines set up with answering machines?

Charly you are unprofessional and this is proof.

You killed a client in 10 minutes just for checking out yur site, and you use the silliest thing as justification.

The next time you brag about being in this biz for 20+ years, maybe stop and think about how to conduct business before you brag about doing so for so long.

You guys should see some of the weird signups we get and trust me it can be hard to license content to a person if your not sure of the details.

Good God - now that one or 2 have stated they are never gonna buy content from Charly again i suppose he will have to think about retiring cos that is really gonna hit his turnover - I wonder whether Flynt, Score and PRO and countless other publishers are gonna stop buying from him as well ? If a TGP decides they want you to submit a gallery with 100 pics and only 1 banner you'd all be chanting the gfy tgp mantra..."It's their business and their right to set their sop or tos."

Which is true.

So Charly gets to set his. He gets to choose who he does business with and who he doesn't.

And if someone puts in info that's a bit suspect and Charly doesn't have any way to confirm that then he has a right to suspend that account just like any paysite owner would do with a suspected fraudulent CC signup.

We buy all the time from Charly, 30 sets min. a month the content is top notch, the service is great.

I even had the pleasure to meet him at the last Internext. The guy's got a sharp wit, and used it on me but it was all in fun, had a great time talking with him.

If you choose to not purchase his content your loss, but then that's fine by me it just makes what I purchase worth more.

I dunno exactly how charly runs his biz. But judging strictly from his posts on various boards its very safe to say that he aint an idiot.
