Are there any whales here who actually work with affiliate programs
and push real volume — not just testing or theory?

Would be interesting to hear what you're running now
and how you approach scaling.

Not selling anything in public,
just looking to connect with people who really move numbers.

I think people no longer promote paysites that much. Most of the people are making killing in cams, onlyfans or this new AI adult boom. Maybe its time for you guys to start getting models for onlyfans, ai and cams. Just my thoughts.

Fair point.

A lot of money is flowing into OF, webcam and AI content right now — no doubt.
We’re watching those models as well, but our focus is slightly different.

We run a subscription-based product where performance, retention and LTV matter more than hype.
Always interesting to see what’s actually working for people on paid traffic today.

I understand what you're saying - in general, that's true.
Whales rarely shine and don't run around forums sharing schemes.

But there is a nuance here.

We are not just another affiliate network or a “theoretical idea.”
We are the owner of a product with our own paid model and in-house affiliate program.

We already work with major partners, but like whales, they don't write about it in public forums.
We are not looking for “discussions” or exchanges of secrets right now - we are expanding our partner base and scaling what already works consistently.

Those who generate volume and calculate LTV, retention, and real performance usually understand each other without unnecessary words.
The rest is noise.

In short:
we are not asking you to share your money-making methods,
we are offering a ready-made product that is already generating volume and is currently being scaled.

unless you have something unique they want OR a chance meeting at a trade show will allow you to have the time you want.

NOTE a long time ago I found a special insight that when I walked into a party or room I would generally sit at the back far away from everything. Sitting there often I found those around the table were actually whales. They aren't the ones up front getting involved in whatever craziness is going on - but sit back and after seeing it all in the past - just laugh and watch the new webmasters and comment about them. Be humble - be willing to take a back seat away from things and don't be surprised that the guy sitting alone with a coffee just watching things happen is actually a whale.

As a former whale I only did business with people I knew personally and mostly only dealt with the owners. Only lost one payment in 20 years.

There seems to be a slight confusion here.

This has nothing to do with borrowing money, trust management, or any financial obligations.
This is an affiliate model, and I am here as an affiliate manager, not as a company owner.

The director or owner of the product is not physically involved in finding and communicating with affiliates - everyone has their own role.
My job is to find partners who know how to work with volume and to establish working conditions with them.

No “trust me,” “give me money,” or “let's try it”
there is a product, there are conditions, there are numbers.
If the traffic is right, we work together. If not, we calmly part ways.

This is normal operational work, not talk about capital trust.

Re read my post. Whales don’t want to deal with managers on avg. why the fuck would I deal with some peeon if I’m sending 300 joins a day? You need whales they don’t need you.

I understand your logic, but there is an important point here.

Any volume, including that of “whales,” always has management.
No self-respecting player who actually submits 300+ applications per day wastes time on operations and initial communication.

In such cases:

the whale works through their affiliate/traffic manager,

and on our side, communication also goes through the product's affiliate manager.

This is normal B2B practice, not a question of “regular employee or not.”
The manager is the point of entry, the filter, and the person who resolves issues faster than the owner or media buyer.

We don't offer to “chat” or sell an idea.

You’ve obviously never been a whale. When the shit hits the fan (and it always does) I text the fucking owner at 2am because I don’t want to lose 10k in a few hours of shit being fucked. Some ad manager can only pass shit up the chain. My time and traffic are more valuable than your time or job.

Keep posting all your “logic” it won’t fly with whales. They only care about 3 things. Conversions and communication with powers that be and on time payments.

Aff managers are nothing. I landed my first whale as a manager but that was 20 years ago. Times are different now. Whales are underground and will only move traffic if $$ drop. Also most whales are mailers. So if you’re not set up for that you’re doomed.

For affiliate programs that actually pay in 2026: CrakRevenue is still the most reliable (JerkMate at $100 CPA is their best offer). MetArt Money is solid for glamour niches. Stay away from programs with complicated dashboards and CAPTCHA-locked logins — if you can't check your stats easily, something's wrong.

This is important. There has to be a guarantee and trust that the value of the traffic will be recouped. Anything else starts to descend into the realm of gambling, but with even less transparency.
