it has to be worth while really, cause fees, etc, if its small amount like up to 300-400$ its not really worth it.

Creating a wallet is easy and a slight pain but do it.
then you can have it go directly to your bank rather than paypal and avoid those fees. I had a client many years back that paid me that way - I created an account - sent it to my bank and all was fine. Once the service was over never used it again and never missed it - no one ever asked me for that again. Is your client stubborn to only pay cypto?? be careful
