Graphics guys please help me (photoshop) - GoFuckYourself.com

This is simple question for you pros out there. How do you layer images without the edges of the upper image looking all fucked up? In other words i am trying to layer a picture of a girl on top of another. I never did this stuff before is there any tutorials i can read out there? I only have photoshop6 and micrographx Also what is the asiest way to mask an image without fucking up the part you want. Like masking a pic of a girl and cutting it out of the image to put in another. Evertime i use the mask tool in this program it takes part of her hair out when i mask it because of the clor i guess. Help me out guys id greatly appreciate it

If you have any sites that will tell me how to do this please show me,thanks.

the best site i have found for photoshop help and any other graphic related programs would have to be www.somethingleet.com :-)

not sure I understand what you need, but the way to have borders not fucked up is to cut it properly. Maybe you'd show us an example, because not sure if you mean that.

In photoshop 6, mask her out (at the view of 200 percent) without any ?feather? and give about 20 pixs around the tough spots (hair). And then use the easer and clone brush to blend it with the other layer.
