Okay. Don't panic. If you're having pasta, try this:
sour cream, half stick butter, 2 cloves garlic (or less depending on taste preference), pinch salt, sprinkle of either oregano or parsley whichever you prefer, and 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese. cook this until it's smooth (toss the parsley on as a garnish, last) Insta cheap alfredo sauce that actually tastes good. ![]() |

Just heat olive oil, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, butter and parsley. Mix the pasta into the pot so it really absorbs well. Then some grated parmesan on top and you're good to go.
