We have some ready code for that: online video, audio, affiliate programs, shopping cart and more. I own all rights for all that software and have a team of hight skilled developers.
Parter should have a time for that and be high-experienced in advertising, billing, handle all shit with getting account, hosting, domains, advertising, getting models, etc (I don't know what more)
From our side all software, support and neccessary webdesign, software development and any further things by our qualification.
All profit 50/50
