WHat happens when you don't rsponse to a domainmove request?

Just sold one of my domains, and I received this message from the registrar of the other guy(I'm with another registrar) ---------------------------------------------- Dear Customer, You are receiving this notice because you are listed as one of the contacts for the domain name XXX.COM. We have received a transfer request to move this domain to RegisterFly.com from a different registrar.
