WHat happens when you don't rsponse to a domainmove request?

Just sold one of my domains, and I received this message from the registrar of the other guy(I'm with another registrar)

( I removed the domainlock)

And when you have a domainlock what will happen then?

if you don't reply they don't transfer the name.
