i am sorry , i was in the very cheap host , i had lots of trouble
 now i move to rackshack , already paid i have my ftp login pass everything  my name server is in godaddy registar . what i have to do for not loose time ? when my dns update ?

make your DNS IP records to point to your new server IP.
Then setup the virtual domains on the apache. It takes between 6 hours and 3 days to make the DNS recors spread on the internet. Unless you speciy more what do you need to do this is the way you must proceed. Hope this helps you
