This is dope. Thanks for posting this. I've been looking for something exactly like this. It's perfectly organized. I spend too much time browsing through my Spotify playlists looking for the perfect song to put on repeat. Music with vocals can be very distracting for my hyper-ADHD brain.

I know exactly what you are saying. Too much time wasted on Spotify, I stopped collecting and downloading music long ago, and making a suitable playlist is a challenge. Same as you, any music with vocals is a complete distraction.

The thing is that with their service you have even a browser addon, and it works on all devices, I am playing it in my car. Until recently, they had a limit on how much you can play without making a click.

THis was a problem because I like to play space ambient music and sleep for hours. Now it is fixed, so I often forget it and run the whole day.

Also, with membership, you will get access to jazz radio, rock radio, and some chillout music / meditation site.

The closest thing I've seen to di.fm was brain.fm, which I got a lifetime membership for on appsumo (founded by Noah Kagan who now has a nice YT channel where he interviews entrepreneurs young and old) around 2015.

It's all ambient, pulsing "music" which they say is proven to keep ADHD people focused on tasks. When I used it years ago, they hadn't consistently updated new tracks and it got kind of stale for me, but it looks like they have updated with new sounds now and have gotten lots of media coverage, so I may give it another look.

I canceled my Spotify membership for about 6 months since I thought it was distracting me too often, but rejoined again recently since I couldn't remember the names of many songs I liked and saved to playlists.

WHen rejoined Spotify, you still had your old playlists?
Do you know about some reliable service that can export Spotify lists so they can be imported later?
