It's all ambient, pulsing "music" which they say is proven to keep ADHD people focused on tasks. When I used it years ago, they hadn't consistently updated new tracks and it got kind of stale for me, but it looks like they have updated with new sounds now and have gotten lots of media coverage, so I may give it another look.
I canceled my Spotify membership for about 6 months since I thought it was distracting me too often, but rejoined again recently since I couldn't remember the names of many songs I liked and saved to playlists.

WHen rejoined Spotify, you still had your old playlists?
Do you know about some reliable service that can export Spotify lists so they can be imported later?
