The problem i see with Stable Diffusion and DaalE is that these NSFW just never look realistic enough to be convincing. Which is fine if you're not really looking for convincing realism, I guess.

I've seen Midjourney do things that are very realistic and it's hard to tell if it's real or not... but it's hard to get that one to even do a bikini shot.

It’s the prompt. Expand the prompt with extra for skin textures, lighting, lens types, makeup, random noise, brightness, and even air density. One problem I see with most AI porn is that they are always too bright and too perfect. Introducing some more real-world artifacts should produce more realistic results.
