Some mornings are worse than others so let me post something stupid… I’ve seen mr tube ace brag about being jacked repeatedly, try to belittle others even.

Yet I’d bet money that his six-pack couldn’t hold a candle to mine, not in 1000 years. And I never yell at people about it or walk around shirtless

For the record, I've never "bragged" about about being jacked. I only mentioned my physical achievements, prowess or stature in response to being called an "incel", "fat", "balding", "small dick energy" or "ugly" (which I am clearly none of those things) by the cowardly dorks on this forum who would never have the stones to post their own photos. I suppose they were simply projecting their own insecurities on me.

I have also never taken steroids or PEDs (which can accelerate the aging process), which is fairly uncommon these days among people who exercise as much as I do.

Do you think you could complete a full Ironman triathlon? I plan on doing my first in the next year or two.



I'd love to stay and post pics, but I'm preparing to run 41 miles (66 km) on my 41st birthday tomorrow.

the trick is to do everything at once, i prep for shoots just like i would a race

10 day fast prior to shoot/race
bcca powder before and after every workout
i dont lift weights at all (hence small arms and upper body)
only do running, hiit cardio, and pull up bar exercises
less than 30g sugar per day total
no bread
no dairy
staple meal is white meat chicken breast w white rice
3-5 double scoop protein shakes per day
no alcohol (occasional wine with gf but no beer/liquor/etc)
no cigs
weed daily
basic intermittent fasting daily, stop eating by 7pm when possible, give a 14+hrs break to your system
no snacking unless its sugar free crackers or low sugar rice cakes. hungry? smoke one
lots of vitamins, no steeroid/needles, only testo pill supplment.
again BCCA (branched chain amino acid) is essential to shredding layers of core fat off
lifting weights will probably make you bigger and wider (and look shorter/stockier/older)
everyone at the gym wants to be he-man but heauxs really only want to do laundry on your abs
your sex muscles are all lower body and core, which most gym guys neglect.

its more of what you dont do than what you do. and also realize the limitation of your genetics and body build/type. best to do what other people who look like you do for best results. ie: i would not be a good sumo wrestler, horse jockey, basketball player, etc, but ethiopains run long distances so i focus on which comes easy to me. thats all

I love your determination and drive. It's not easy staying lean and fit. When I lock in I'm a freak with my diet and count and track everything I put into my body. I enjoy forcing myself into a routine and being dedicated and held accountable. I also really enjoy wine, ice-cream and nachos! SO, it's a balance.

The leanest I got was when I won the adult fitness contest Jeff Dillon ran a few years ago.

zuzana you got a slim tight core (now hiring for white girl cops season 3)

and sideboobs. so far as the diet goes i actually eat everything except bread and dairy. i forget to mention no juice or soda. majority of people are fat because they drink soda, then try to get 'healthy' by drinking juice which is usually worse. or even worse they make smoothies with a blender full of fruits (+100g sugars fuck!) because they saw it on youtube or some airport juice bar. if you notice everyone on jamba juice, smoothie shops, airport planet smoothies or whatever is super fat with sausage arms. its the fruit in the sugar.

diet soda only (coke zero, etc) and absolutely no juice, unless im sugar deficient from running. thailand here they have fruit shakes at the market but i burn them off so quickly being on foot patrol/motorbike all the time

also to mention: ride motorycle lots. sport bikes you burn same calories as running, about 600 calories per hour on a small CC jap bike because you have to ride them hard to keep up with traffic. sport bikes (not cruisers or choppers) burn tons of calories just by doing the tuck, shifting, etc its a full body workout

and for the protein powder, get a brand with low sugar (1g or less per scoop) and NO CREATINE in the ingredients list as it will make you gain weight and get wider muscles everywhere, not ideal for long distance running.

and... no food in the house. just water and shake mix. shop by the day, no need to stockpile food youre gonna binge eat when youre high or cant sleep. force yourself to go to 7-11 and get that hershey bar, but dont have them up in your cabinet if you know youre a sugar addict. thats all for diet stuff

if youre butt naked in front of camera for living and live in a house with wall mirrors you cant help but correct flaws. some folks just need to proper motivation or outside criticisms. around 2008 i was 300+ lbs its amazing how sugar just makes fat stick to you like a magnet its really that bad.

that stuff looks wicked, and so much easier to ingest than chewing food

can't order it without spending a ton as they don't ship to JA (no one but amazon does) and even if they did, shipping costs here are insane. the $15 cat donut I bought for my Bika off of the reddit rec's? shipping was $47 on top once it got through customs for something that weighs ounces, not pounds

it's pretty decent, the powder version I mean. prefer the powder to the individual bottles as I hate tossing away so much plastic

I eat most of the time organic food, but when I don't is due to traveling. Never used anabolics in my life. Supplements: protein isolate, creatine & vitamins.

No carb diet 4 days a week (16-18 hours fast those days), low-carb diet 3 days a week. High fat and protein diet 7 days/week.

I dont drink alcohol but when I do its gin & tonic.
