I've been on GFY for 17 years. They've always had rules here. And people always got banned for breaking them. There has never, in my time here, been a GFY constitution with any amendment granting free speech. Nor, to my knowledge, has it been communally taken over by any country's government that has such constitution that they can enforce here. As far as I know, this is a privately owned place and the owners can set its own rules how they see fit.

The only difference is some folks now think they should have superior privileges over others to break the rules here and get away with it.

GFY is one of the most free speech places I've participated in. It's a damn porn industry board 🤣
