I opened a support ticket over billing last Sunday and you have never responded. In fact, I get the feeling that I'm being ignored.
1. Your live chat does NOT keep regular hours and the representative has ZERO ABILITY TO ADDRESS ANY PROBLEMS;
2. The main office phone number you have listed on your site is either fake or purposely disabled.
Kindly get someone to respond to me ASAP.
