List of partner only tgps needed
I'm starting to submit a few galleries a week again, and I'd like to narrow down who I submit to. I'm looking for tgps that only accept partner submits, no open forms. I've got time to build up relations and get to know the owners and I would rather do that than submit to someone who gets 1000's of submits they dont even look at, much less need any partner submitters.

Thats not a very informative web page for cybercat. I've seen the name thrown around a bit here though. I know there are a bunch of partner only sites. I just cant find them now.
