I'm starting to submit a few galleries a week again, and I'd like to narrow down who I submit to. I'm looking for tgps that only accept partner submits, no open forms. I've got time to build up relations and get to know the owners and I would rather do that than submit to someone who gets 1000's of submits they dont even look at, much less need any partner submitters.
