We did online here http://www.legalzoom.com/ in less than 30 minutes, then after 15 days we got the papers.
Total costs around $400. |

Its actually quite easy to do the problem you are going to have however is finding a company that isnt going to charge you 5k minimum to have a LTD company set up.
As far as taxes go, if you are not a citizen of the country you open your company in and you trade through US banking etc you will only have to pay taxes once, in YOUR country of residence. Regards, Lee |
