How hard is to open company in EU, without presence and citizenship?

We did online here http://www.legalzoom.com/ in less than 30 minutes, then after 15 days we got the papers.
Total costs around $400.

Its actually quite easy to do the problem you are going to have however is finding a company that isnt going to charge you 5k minimum to have a LTD company set up.

As far as taxes go, if you are not a citizen of the country you open your company in and you trade through US banking etc you will only have to pay taxes once, in YOUR country of residence.
