At least people are trying, even with invalid/maxed credit cards, or banned countries at the billing companies.

Yes, it is slow. I think that Visa/MC are cracking down hard. I tried to use my MC on a candy store site and a bookstore site and they both declined even though the card has plenty of room for additional charges.. they are scrubbing hard, I am really scared about what the future holds..

I tried using my CC on a modeling agency site the other day with 3 cards. Every card was good, all the info was good and all 3 were declined.

I can imagine that the success rate for CC transactions is like 1 out of 20 or worse. It's not bad enough that we have to sell our fucking asses off to get them to buy a damn membership, but when they finally do whip it out, they get scrubbed so bad that they can't.

No fucking wonder sales suck ass.

Its the CVV2 system, and more stringent useage limits.

On our ARS stats for example last month we ran from a 1 in 7 to 1 in 10 rate of successful approval for those that tried to join.

This month its running 1 in 15 getting approved.

My sales are up, but I don't have a steady traffic source like you do. I have to submit and cross my fingers and/or buy traffic.

I've bought more traffic this month than last month so I'd expect them to be up.
