I've been using ProBilling to do Visa for a couple days now, they aren't too bad at all. Just wish they were suitable for my long term needs. They'd be fine for a paysite though.

 Probilling - um...fix the form so that it accepts non-US states/provinces and I may look into it further. Amazing the amount of US companies that want to do business on a global scale but can't understand that worldwide addresses will rarely conform to US conventions. |

Verotel is based in the Netherlands and they do a great job of processing transactions. You can accept credit cards, checks and 900 (even in the EU).. See my sig and sign up!! I've used them for three years..
