anyone can spoof a referring URL - anyone can be made to look bad - best to contact someone if you have concerns

has he said he was doing this? if so, he's also fucking with everyone you trade with - not a very good thing to do

I am the programmer of easytrade. I don't understand what's wrong with Eskimoen: he contacted me today saying i stole his script.
Now he is hitboting our sites.

Webmasters can visit my page .http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrade/tpmp-admin/
to make their own idea

nophest, guess the reason for eskimoen hitbotting you is that your friend who "made" you the script apparently stole the engine from epowertrader...

If he made everything himself, no problems - its not illegal to see a script and make something that does the same (unless its patented of course) - but if he actually stole the code I can understand eskimoen...

It says here: http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrade/tpmp-admin/ that its version 2 - so I guess that it have been out for some time or what?

How long have your friend been working on this script? And are we able to see some earlier versions? Or some kind of proof that your friend havent stole eskimoens code?

well, Im not gonna judge anybody here... and regarding the hitbotting - he prob. have - I dont know, im not eskimoen

And, im not the right person to show that kinda code to - i'll stick to my content

- but perhaps you should find a person which doesnt have any relations to either you or eskimoen and let that person deside? Dont know if its the way to solve it, but anyways.. just my

As long as any single peice of code (it could be as much as one single line of code) is from the GNU libary then you're entire code is published under the GNU.

If you dont like it move to the *BSD type of licensing.

Easy Trade is clearly based on ePower Trader.

Here's some proof:
Easy Trade uses the same cookie names as EPT used to, cjcookie_unique, cjcookie_in. Coincidence? I dont think so.

http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrad...dmin/stats.php looks alot like the EPT hourly stats. Design, and the ability to choose which stats you want displayed.

http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrad...tats-pages.php , modified EPT mainpage stats page. Notice how these stats are not 24 hour, but are reset at midnight. Why is that? Maybe because EPT did this?

http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrad...dmin/links.php , old EPT link page. Newer versions of EPT does not look like this, it has 24 hour stats of links log.

http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrad...in/groupes.php = EPT group page? Yeah!

http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrad...n/topliste.php - The toplist codes is the same as EPT.

He also copied the mainpage system and the trade quality calculation.

Every menu function is the same with a different GUI which anyone can change some tables and functions around.

Even the functions.js is in both scripts exist and the same graph function which he has modified and added enhancments. But all functions are there identical being called as other things in the source though. The mouseover is even in both scripts except the values differ and epower displays it in the page instead.

After really looking at both scripts then you can see how similar it is to EPT which i have used for almost 2 years. Below is a site of mine not yet developed sitting idle with EPT and i locked the write permissions so play all you want and judge yourself. If its not the same script its a pretty big coincidence they are so similar with every single function.

Eskimoen, even if the script was copied, that's no enought reason to hitbot a friend of the stealer imho, also hitboting his friend nophest, all his trades are being damaged too and now that they will know it reading here, they will be bad at you because you are playing with their bussines. You should stop it if you haven't yet, it's not the best way to short this.

Based on it ? maybe he was inspired by your script i don't know, but i am sure the current version is completely different, because i made him modify everything concerning the return engine, old version just sucked.

Next time you have a concern with someone, don't pull out your hitbot script immediately, thanks.

I didn't steal anything, i didn't program a single line of code. But I know the return engine is unique because it is what i asked him to code, and he was actually able to code anything.

By the way, what ideas he 'stole'? the idea of a reset at midnight? the idea of the cookie name, the idea to make a table to display stats?

Then he has paid for custom modifications which he received.
So how the fuck can this guy be guilty? If tomorrow some guy
steps up who turned out to have written UCJ or TM3 and started
hitbotting each and every customer.....then what....that's right
too?

Pull your head out of your ass man......don't judge if you don't
know the whole deal. As what I've read so far it's weird that
this guy got attacked.......but then again we might not have
all the details on the table yet.

From what there is so far and from what eskimoen replied I say
get after the guy who stole/made the script and not his customers.

I built that function on customers request. You have multipage function but i have much more functions, with language etc...
About the reset at midnight, you invented that? you are kidding me right? It's simply the simples way to manage the stats pages.

http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrad...dmin/links.php , old EPT link page. Newer versions of EPT does not look like this, it has 24 hour stats of links log.
You are paranoid. There is not 50 ways to display links tracking.

Yes i was inspired by your group table LAYOUT, but i coded everything myself.

No they are not. By the way, how do you want to call 'domain names', 'raw hits in' etc ? paranoid...
My toplist has also much more options.

He also copied the mainpage system and the trade quality calculation.
You didn't invent anything, and my script has 3 X more functions than yours.

Now are you going to hitbot any site running a trading script sharing some functions with your script?
I don't live in a third world country, i run a serious company, if you have an issue with me or cash-to-cash deal with it profesionally.
And keep your hitbot script FAR AWAY from our sites; keep it for your own trades.

londe's script looks like it has a lot more features - I can tell you I see a similarity between both these scripts, CJ Ultra, UCJ, TM3, and S2. Just because the scripts count raw hits in + unique hits in and measure prod doesn't mean they are the same script.

londe has a graph on top of the admin - TM3 uses graphs. Somehow I seriously doubt Tyrex and gw are firing up a hitbot over this matter. Lane has Russian hacks of CJ Ultra out there - yet I never hear of Lane hitbotting guys that use a copy of it.

only guy that looks bad in this to me is eskimoen
