If he made everything himself, no problems - its not illegal to see a script and make something that does the same (unless its patented of course) - but if he actually stole the code I can understand eskimoen...
It says here: http://www.cash-to-cash.com/Easytrade/tpmp-admin/ that its version 2 - so I guess that it have been out for some time or what?
How long have your friend been working on this script? And are we able to see some earlier versions? Or some kind of proof that your friend havent stole eskimoens code?
