I dont think anyone can argue there has def been a decline with the quality on Fiverr though. You can still find decent folk at a decent price but some sellers are kidding themselves there gig is what they are trying to charge

I've heard good things about Upwork, but in the end the only real way to go is to get a real designer/developer/whatever you need. All these $5 jobs are crappy, that's why they're $5.
