Paxum - can't withdraw my money - GoFuckYourself.com

I've been trying to withdraw my money for 2-3 weeks now and it seems I am getting out of luck.
All external card withdrawals are getting rejected even after using new cards.

I did 2 EFT's last 03/06/2021 and status is still pending up to now. Where In fact, i am receiving payments from the same bank to other networks without problems.

Support (chat and ticket) tell it's being reviewed etc.. same generic answers every time i ask for follow ups. Ruth does not reply to skype messages.

I've been a paxum client for 10-11 years already, they are great company but on a personal side, not sure what's the problem with them lately. (on my personal experience)

I just want to get my money, that's all.

Same old story in the last 10 years were so me payment options but for some tume and the suddenly disappeared

Almost a week now and the 2 EFT status is still pending.

Do they handle outcoming wire/eft's themselves or from a 3rd party?

withdraw to your bank account through wire
i have been doing this for YEARS, never had any issue, it's usually very fast, coming from their UK company

I was waiting for a wire for a month. It got rejected, pending, under review, etc. Then they sent me a document (contract) to sign in order to accept new banking partners. After that, I made another wire transfer and the funds were in my account within 24 hours. I don't know what happened, but I'm glad it did. Good luck.

Wires are generally more reliable with Paxum, but they're not perfect.

At one point, you couldn't send a USD wire to an AUD Australian bank account. You could only send Paxum AUD to bank AUD, but the AUD Paxum account wasn't available! The only option was to withdraw from Paxum USD to a USD bank account.

And right now, although you can send EFT to an Australian bank account, you cannot send a wire. It's been like that for at least a few months.
