 Agreed. They don't even need to be expensive either... Taylor, above, is using a cheap ass setup. Infact, had the guy in the first video taken a different route with his index VR kit, and opted for an HP Reverb G2 instead, the money he would have saved could have paid for the motion rig that Taylor uses. Sure, the index is the best 'overall' VR kit, because of the controllers, but if Sim Racing, you don't use the controllers, just the headset, and the G2 has better clarity, sweetspot and resolution than the index. For visuals alone, it knocks the index out the park and its nearly $400 dollars cheaper...  |
