Keisha Grey & Abigail Mac DMCA's

Anyone with licensed content of Kiesha Grey & Abigail Mac, fyi, someone is sending out DMCA's for ALL of their contents.

Original urls they're putting Instagram & Onlyfans , probably trying to knock out their competition so they get top ranks on Onlyfans

    Sender is Rulta OU

I'm still researching but it seems like some VERY shady shit going on

Hopefully you/me/everyone is submitting counterclaims, if Google is fair, eventually they'll have to somehow blacklist them.

Any advices to fight this please share. For now i'm starting to counterclaim them all and will make a blog post with specifics, screenshots, proof of their complete lies and false DMCA accusations

The crazy thing is, I don't think he's trying to snuff out the competition like people have done in the past. I just really think the guys a fucking idiot and doesn't know better. You know how those suitcase pimps are. They claim to know everything and well ... this is the kind of shit you get. LOL

lol yaaa but it seems he has some client, maybe the girls are his client and he claims he'll have their names/content removed from the internet, so their own sites (onlyfans/ig) rank higher?
i'm not sure, just trying to make sense of it. Dont think he'd randomly send DMCA's only for certain models without a paying client........

both girls seem very active on onlyfans/ig btw

              still welcoming all ideas/infos here

From what I see in the google transparency report it appears that they are working on behalf of the individual models and not on behalf of any particlar sites.

When done in bad faith, yes. However, as someone else previously mentioned... I too believe it's just incompetence.

                                          Two young Turkish scammers...

I argue with them and harass them a bit few months ago.

They have no idea what they do. They send reports without even checking the content, and they always believe that they are right and that you are a criminal.

There are a couple more companies following the same dynamic. It seems that we are at the moment in history where it is easy to scam models to remove content that promotes them.

Click on “Web Search” under the “Counter Notification” section.

                                            2) Select “One or more pages on my site have been removed due to a legal complaint, and I would like them restored.”

                                            3) Click on Yes in

                                            4) Click on “this counter notice form” link at the bottom of the page in the “Otherwise, please complete this counter notice form.” text.

                                            a) Fill in your personal details.

                                            b) Enter URLs of content in question.

We'll kick from Bing (as well) which drives Yahoo. I'm not sure if they are doing the same there or not. Thank you for this. Just curious I never filled out a counter claim. I was wondering since it's asking for my name is this counter claim information searchable online?

Well, they are kicking the people (who pay them for work) out so this could make them unemployable soon. Maybe they think OF is their plan now and do not care.

Generally speaking, if you post (publish) content, for which you have a license to do so, that paperwork is your evidence.

Out of curiosity, what happens if an original producer, sells their works to another company (this is happening with legacy adult content), and the new owner decides to tighten copyright enforcement on their entire collection, including older works?

You either have a license to publish that work or you don't. Right?

DMCA seems to be the adult industry equivalent of a Slapp suit.

Large companies can scrape your content, edit it, publish it, and if you have the resources to find where your stolen content is making money for someone else, all you can do is file DMCA complaint - with no measures to recover lost revenues.

Disingenuous DMCA complaints against small companies, or individuals, can tie up their limited resources just proving that they were not in violation.

                                                                                  Comment

The service provider says "We have received a counter notification in response to the DMCA notice you sent us. As described in 17 U.S.C. 512(g), by this email, we are providing you with a text copy of the counter notification and await your notice (in not more than 10 business days) that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the counter notifier's allegedly infringing activity. In order to process your complaint, please send us a copy of the action filed or applicable court order".

That is straight from Google. Notice it does NOT say what type of action...they just say action. They did not say "Federal" either.. thus, my theory would be a small claims suit for whatever .. 100$? List the fake counter sender as a defendant and send the provider the copy of the "action". I'm no lawyer but I have had conversations, with a few, about this and it seems very feasible.
