BTW...If anybody is interested in an explanation for this:

Unseen was being a pissy little girl because he was listed as non-compliant with regard to 2257 declaration on his website. He fixed the problem but still cried about it and how my listing could have hurt his business.

Too fucking bad old man. If you would have followed the law in the first place then you would not have been bothered by my list, now would you?

well, now that you mention it, there is more to libel than just lying. You have to prove "damages" as a result of the written comments.

That is where the problem always arises in libel/slander cases.
