I'm no lawyer so I can only guess if what this guy Unseen wrote would be considered libel, but - you've called him everything from a "pathetic little shit stain" to a "fucking rodent" in this thread - I don't think a court of law would distinguish between GFY and an e-mail. The legal definition of libel is:

LIBEL - Published material meeting three conditions: The material is defamatory either on its face or indirectly; The defamatory statement is about someone who is identifiable to one or more persons; and, The material must be distributed to someone other than the offended party; i.e. published; distinguished from slander.

You've published an entire rant in front of hundreds of people ripping this guy to shreads in front of what would likely be considered potential business contacts.

If you sued him, I would think he would have quite a lot of material for a counter suit.
