Hi I started a new production company my site is up but I’m trying to get content done for it. Anyone know any good websites out there to recruit adult female models?

you could check out purpleport, this is great for amateur and professional models all over the world, majority in the UK and Europe.

OCmodeling, xbiz and avn modelling hire pages, and there´s plenty of agencies worldwide, just google model pornstar hiring

Get yourself listed on the up and coming platform AdultIndustryCertified.com to show you are a legit producer.

Beyond that, use Twitter for self booking girls, or agents for the rest.

I used sexyjobs one time with success, but the model in question was already established. Seems like many profiles are either fake or delusional (really unattractive, etc).

I also used SexyJobs a few years ago and it was a waste of money. In the past I always had the best luck with Craig's List. I know they don't allow ads for porn any more but I've seen some ads in the TV/Film help wanted section that are probably adult. If you word it carefully you might be able to get away with it.

SexyJobs has become a shitshow of spam by con men and webcam recruits so I lot of the quality talent has gone away.

I would suggest looking into working with some agents in your area. Try ATMLA, or Motley Models. They've got some of the best talent right now, especially Motley.

We just spent a month on Sexyjobs with our posting getting over 200 views and sending out almost 300 emails. We have a totally unique business model, literally offering the woman the opportunity of a lifetime. While we did have about a 10-percent response rate, we only found one who took it seriously. A lot of the emails we sent, while the system shows the user being active, still remain unread. I will absolutely have to agree that most of the accounts there are fake and there are better places to spend your money. We just haven't found any as of yet.
