Xhamster (and probably other tubes) would delete users accounts if enough DMCA's were sent.
The weird thing is that they didn't delete the actual movies they uploaded - which aside from being dirty - I would assume also break GDPR rules as it effectively stops that originally uploader being able to remove any of their content themselves. |

On the other hand xvideos will just plain delete your whole account after 3 (dmca) stikes with videos and everything. As far as I know they do require a video verification for new uploader accounts too..
