if you post an architectural plan/3d render of the shed you are building for 700.000$ I will build that too just to flex on you...a 2,2x1,1 meter SIPS panel is 16$... a drywall panel is 3$...you can nail drywall directly to SIPS...from muddy field to house, I think I can do 100$/m2...thats like 10$/square foot...

My wife and I fell in love with the view from inside and the functionality. We dont have any kids, so we dont care about the resell value - we just want to be able to look at the nature outside - so its giant windows facing our privat land
This is the inspiration - ours will be build in concrete and have metal-roof

...it looks like 400-500m2 it is too big for a one man hobby project and I have a ton of shit going on...ill see how fast the 100m2 project goes first...
wrong...a 120cmx120cm opening window is 100$ and you can deduct 20% from that price because of some euro donations for energy efficiency I get 20% cash back...so 80$ for more than a square meter for moving elements...non moving elements with triple glazing is say 60$?...ok maybe 70$/m2...do the math I was very very generous with my 1500$ estimate...installation is 15$/window...

first, my father´s a builder, second, my partner was a window fitter many years ago...
the glass at the front of the home in your picture at your price is at least 2 grand, maybe more, there´s 4mt wide and at least 4mt high, there´s 16mt2 and the 2 panels on each side, there´s another 4 to 5 mt2, and obviously the front at the top, it´s specially cut to fit angles.
so there´s your 1500 even at your prices, but in reality, the front glass alone is as I say, at least 4 or 5 grand of glass and fitments.
now the windows and double glazed doors around the side and rear, when you have finished your project without glass, then we can re-evaluate this
