Elliso claims his money were stolen from him - with no reason - by Paxum and Paypal.

Turns out that, despite his claims, he was involved in what VISA calls "Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing"...

I just wanted to give him a chance to tell the truth once and for all, before CIA picks him up.
