I just found out I am lactos intolerant.... I been having the worst stomach cramps.. like a fucking girl and shit.... so I started taking Lactaid and badda bing... I havent felt this good in a year or more..... but isint that fucked up.... I make it this far in life to find out I can't eat or drink what I love ... MILK

yup, i'm almost 20 yrs old... and this winter, i gained a lactose intolerance... before that i drank 2 big cups of chocolate milk morning n' night every day of my life practically... then i started getting real bad pains after i drank, for like 2 hours or so.... went to the doc and told me its not all that common to gain a lactose intolerance at this age... body changes and somethin gets jacked up blah blah...

i was devistated though cause i got a lot of protein from milk for lifting... but now, i'm happy i dont drink it anymore cause its a bit fattening and most body builders dont drink milk anyhow...

so, all in all im glad it happened.

yeah thats me..... I am 21... I still drink like 2 gallons of whole mild everyday for cumshots... but it was killing me till I started taking lactaid ultra... you should try it.... I have acutually gained about 5lbs in the last week cause I can eat more now that my stomach is not fucked....

nah, i was able to drink lactaid for awhile but then my stomach started hurting too after that, lol. as well as soy milk. gayy.

Yeah I tried that milk to... kinda sweet isint it.... I got lactaid in pill form... you take it with your first bite of dairy... it kicks ass... only thing that has worked for me.....

Lactose intolerance frequently occurs later in life, so it's not unusual to "just find out"...severity usually increases gradually, until the cause finally dawns on you.

I thought for a long time I was lactose intolerant, and did lactaid which helped, but eventually had to phase out all dairy, for a few years. Just this year I discovered that it was in fact casseinate, a protein in cow's milk, to which I was allergic. Goat's milk has only trace amounts of it, and I'm once again able to enjoy milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter, all made from goat's milk. (Not available everywhere, but there's a Whole Foods nearby that has lots of goat options, including cheddar, mozerella, and other cheeses usually made with cow's milk). Soy milk and rice milk are probably still healthier in most respects, but they never appealed to me except for an occasional bowl of cereal.
