Adobe Premiere or a different program? - GoFuckYourself.com

I have some 2-3mb .MPG movies that I would like to make 1 meg in size. Is there a small program that will cut these movies in half of time or size or an easy way to do it with Premiere? I have tried with Premiere, made a new movie from the original (half of the original so 30sec), then saved it. It was still the same size as the original though.

Any Ideas?

First time trying this stuff so let me know what the fuck I'm doing wrong

hey if you have windows xp download the movie maker at miceosoft- the shits free and itll do simple stuff like what your asking

i think theres a movie maker for 98 and me but it doesnt offer the little doo dads (like fade ect) like the xp version,

Best MPEG comp0ression I've tried so far (and I used a shit ton) is Xing.
