I don't know if you'll seriously consider recent graduates but I sent in my resume` anyway (Bradley C.). You want 100%, you won't find anyone hungrier than a recent grad who doesn't have his parents around anymore to pay his bills and all of $1000 in the bank ;) Hell, I'll sell porn to my grandma if that's your target demographic.
