question about redirection ... please help

any of you guys know a way of how i could redirect traffic with respect to referrer? say a surfer visits my site thru yahoo.com, i would send him to say yahoo.html ... if a surfer visits from google, ill send him to yahoo.html ... if surfer visits from any other sites aside from yahoo or google no redirection is done ... i need to send SE traffic to a doorway page ...

in short, I would redirect all SE hits to a doorway page ... can it be done thru htaccess?

Paragraph "Protecting your images and files from linking". Just replace "non equal" to "equal" and use proper urls/ips. Thought it can be a hell to check SE ips - they have a lot of servers. But I'm not too close with this to claim anything.
