Why?
I have a set of really cheap speakers attached to my titanium(!) powerbook.. every now and then they quietly start playing a dialogue between some people talking.. It's very quiet, not really loud enought to follow.. if it was receiving radio signals it wouldn't come in "chops" right? It would play continuously.. So what am I getting? Aliens?
