UCBILL??? What's their deal? They owe me like $10k +?
I have no opinion of them as of yet, but has anyone been paid by them??? They owe me quite a bit of money right now and I cant get in touch with anyone there... And I believe the # in their whois record is NY 411 if I'm not wrong...
