How fucking dumb can IBill be?

Just when I was thinking IBill is so fucked up as it can be they start to amaze me once again.

Here a quick recap of my IBill history:

-Using it since 1997
-Never had a problem until Visa shit happened
-I paid the 750 bucks and was approved due to my US based address
-December 15 payment was not paid while customers still were rebilled
-My account was frozen by them without any notice about the reasons
-They still rebill my customers until I cancel all rebills January 30 2003
- They still owe me US$ 8560 in payments and abpout 2000 in Holdbacks
- In March I get a nice IBill email about exiting new opportunities and I reply to them 'Go fuck yourself you fraudulent dipshits and never send me an email again'

Now today I get this:

--- email starts here

Dear *edited*;

Since November 15, 2002, you have been processing via iBill Europe, our
subsidiary for all sponsored merchants in the EU region. Although, we have been
working diligently with the card associations to establish an IPSP relationship
with a financial institution in your region, this effort has been unsuccessful.
If you are uncertain about which processing region you are located in, please
consult the list of approved processing countries at the bottom of this letter.
As you know, the card associations play a significant role in developing our
business model, as well as whom we can service. iBill Europe holds itself and
its clients to the highest standards regarding payment processing. Our position
within the industry is to be compliant with all card associations and FTC
regulations. Therefore, effective May 22, 2003, iBill Europe will only offer
Visa credit card payment services to those merchants based in the European
Region.
We are truly sorry that iBill Europe will no longer be able to accommodate your
VISA processing needs. We will continue to process MasterCard, Web900 and
Checks for you.
For more information, please contact me 954-363-4641.

European and USA Card Association Approved Processing Countries
Andorra
Iceland
Spain
Austria
Ireland
Sweden
Belgium
Israel

Switzerland
Cypress
Italy

Turkey
Denmark

Holy See (Vatican City State)
Faeroe Islands
Luxembourg
Svalbard & Jan Mayen Islands
Finland Malta
United Kingdom
France Monaco
United States of America
Germany
Netherlands
Gilbraltar
Norway
Greece
Portugal
Greenland
San Marino

Again, if your business is not based in one of the approved processing
countries listed above, you will need to find an alternative processing
solution for VISA.
Please call me to discuss this. Thanks.

Sincerely,

*edited*

I never even applied to IBill Europe . Good god if IBill can't even get their documentation about customers right how can anyone trust them to handle money?

And of course I cannot end this post without:

We used to process few hundred thousand a month through them. Same problems, got same email. Good thing we launched our own processing though and only have them as a backup

sorry but how is this new? Some people tried to 'cheat' visa's new cross border regulation by not really being in EU and processing via VISA EU?

Please contact us at [email protected] or call 1-800-764-4266 and ask to speak with a supervisor. We will then investigate why you were sent that email in error.

Now just give me any reason to do this? I canceled all the billing with IBill. The only business I have with you is preparing a law suit to recover my funds. Do you really think I care who sent me what email for whatever reason?

There really is no upper limit as to how badly they are going to try to fuck their customers over. This is only the start comrade.
