Birth rates need to decline as manual labour moves over to machines.

Pay is regulated by the money employers pay to employees. Not by the number of people being paid. Over the last 40 years incomes have stagnated, slumped or disappeared for most. This is why tax revues are falling short of what governments need to raise to spend on ever growing welfare costs.

I think those prototypes are off the table, as Trump knows it will be impossible to get the funds to build it in those styles. The hidden costs are ones you don't see at first site. However they are there. Stagnation of wages hits in so many ways, customers can't afford to buy so much, tax revenues fall, welfare rises, real unemployment, housing shortages, education, healthcare, etc. Saying that the more people paying in equals the more raised is stupid. The governing factor is what's in the wage packet, not the number of packets.
