Immigrants move from one country to another.
Migrants move from within the same country.
Immigration is regulated in America Paul.
A country with open borders would have unregulated immigration. America does not have unregulated immigration.
America does not have unregulated migration as citizens are allowed to travel within our country freely.
Every Western country I know of has unregulated migration.
We have H2A visas for immigrants to come here temporarily to work in the fields.
