Paxum Visa Withdrawals (Temporarily unavailable - 4 weeks!)
You can no longer withdraw to your external VISA card with Paxum. Message : 'We regret to inform you that withdrawal to external VISA credit/debit cards is temporarily unavailable. We anticipate return of this option within 4 weeks. In the meantime withdrawal to external MASTERCARD is still operational and available for use.' Well i added a mastercard, but then i got the message 'Unfortunately your card is not supported. Please try another'. Any further information Ruth or Chris ? |

If so im guessing it was working in some countries (last used on 9th), but now its NOT working anywhere. And that four week time frame they give is probably a load of shit too. It's pretty disgusting that they don't ever bother to keep their clients informed. Thanks. Paxum card had to many problems. So i ditched that. Basically the same cost to just withdraw to debit card twice a month, without the hassle (until now). Wires are very expensive, and seem to get lost or delayed. EFT also seem to take an age to process. Well at least from what ive seen on here in the past.

We placed a notice inside accounts to alert clients to this situation. Withdrawal to External Mastercard is functional, however if your card is not supported then I'm sorry you will need to try an alternative card. In the meantime our other withdrawal options are fully functional. Wire takes approximately 2-4 business days EFT/ACH takes approximately 3-5 business days

What would make a card unsupported ? Just trying to work out a solution. Maybe i can get a prepaid one or something. TBH, i dont have a lot of faith in the 4 week turnaround. As we've already heard in this thread, theres been a problem for 4 weeks already for some. Thanks

 | Prepaid cards usually do not allow or accept reverse charges like those, I wouldn’t waste time and money by trying to withdraw to external prepaid cards.

 | Withdraw to Mastercard was working for me up until a few weeks ago, now it's not. The wire withdrawal form doesn't work for me either, even though my bank account is listed as wire-capable. Since the Paxum debit card doesn't appear to be arriving soon, Paxum is over for me and I'm switching everything away to other payout methods. Very disappointing. |

TBH, Ruth has done her usual. Comes in and answers an easy question, then evades threads when they become more complicated. Paxum just has way too many issues. The email i got said 5-7 business days for an EFT. Which is a fucking joke. Once initiated they should take no more than 24 hours.

 | Yes, they always send a confirmation after an EFT withdraw - "your EFT fund has been initiated". Once the real transfer is completed, they should send a second e-mail with text "withdraw has been completed". I miss the second one. Usually it takes a few hours between initiation and completion, so I'm a little worried about what happens to my money. |

Ruth said (above), that you just need to try another card. No real solid information from her, and NOTHING as per, when more challenging questions were asked.

 | Lucky for me it's not much money but 35.78 is all that remains of over $100 due to Paxum fees and all that time I've not been able to withdraw funds and that amount keeps reducing due to the $5 fee. I've tried adding two different MasterCards from two different banks, neither work. Ruth refuses to address the issue directly in public. Now my small amount of money multiplied by the hundreds or thousands of other account holders in the same position makes this a nice little earner for Paxum. Nice little 'scheme' they've got going there. |

 | Yes, I mentioned that already. EFT transfers are also oddly slow. Transfer initiated on Wednesday, was completed 24 hours later. Of course, the money's not in my account yet. Usually it takes 2 days. |

I am super mad that they don't notify users about their issues. Ruth mentioned something about a notice in the account...this message ONLY appears after someone tries to withdraw money to a Visa card. And this is NOT how you should notify customers. Very disappointed.

As for Ruth, she comes in and answers the easy questions, but then disappears off the face of the earth when it gets slightly tougher. Its a disgrace that nobody from Paxum has addressed all the legitimate questions here. And like you say, there is NO message in Paxum, until you get a failed transfer. I bet the message also still says 4 weeks ?
