Jenny,

I Apologize. I just spoke with my brother and it seems he had the second book all along. I am very sorry for
falsely claiming I only received one book.

We have already contacted your credit card company , and UPS. Online fraud is not tolerated by any of these organizations and it will be sought at to the fullest extent. We are sorry it had to come down to this have a great day

Hi Jenny,

I'm sorry, but both books were NOT in the same package. I'm sure
mistakes, although rare, can happen in your shipping/packing
department. You leave me no recourse but to take this matter up with
your superiors. I will also be contesting the charges to my credit
card.

People try to do that to me to sometimes, that is why I send every package with its own "track'n'trace" number.
I remember you writing about it the other day, sux pretty bad when they do it that often.
What is the link to the online bookstore you run?

Hey Juicy,

do you have an automated software solution that ships all your stuff? Like batches all orders to your shipping server?

Sort of its semi automated. For the website I have the module where i can downlaod a CSV file sen it to either UPS worldship or USPS program and it will do it. To be honest I am a little old school where i need my hand in it to make sure evryhting is right.
