Hello, is there anyone from paxum here?

I have a stupid situation with their program... I transfered money on paxum mastercard, 500+100$ without any problem, but couldn't withdrawal it.

I contacted paxum and also trucash who have all control of the cards.

They told me that my card has been compromised and cannot be-reopened.

A replacement card is required. Card is now CLOSED

and the following transaction, which wasn't mine:

Had anyone the same problems here?

Ok, after that I was asking to sent funds back to my balance but without any succes...

Ok, I will ordered a new msatercard... but in the last message paxum support sent me next:

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We understand your need and frustration,however since your card was declared compromised by the processor we forwarded a block request to them .

If you want a replacement card please confirm (in a reply posted to this ticket) the shipping address and provide the authorization to have the replacement card fee $18.72 deducted.

Please note that due to security reasons your account was limited. In order for us to delimited your account you need to submit a photo of yourself holding your Local Passport next to your face and another photo of yourself holding your International Passport, keep in mind that the information from the document needs to be clearly readable.

Also you must tell us who will be sending you funds (you need to provide the name/business name of the sender and his email) and for what purpose.

And please keep in mind that we will proceed with the replacement of the card in the moment your account limitation is cleared.

So they limited my account... I'm working with them from their beginning and this is what I got.

Could someone provide a contact... some powerfull person from paxum ?

you will wait at least 6 months for the replacement card...do a bank wire or paxum to paypal...

they told me that money (600$) which was transfered on my mastercard could only been transfered to the new card.
