Is anyone having issues with paxum/trucash ?

I'm experiencing several problems with my trucash prepaid card connected to my paxum account.

1) I can't login to my trucash account
2) I can't use the card on any website

I called the canadian office yesterday and a very unplesant woman said that theyr system was down and that I had to call back in an hour to be served, since she was busy.

I called back in one hour and nobody replied anymore.

The system seems to be still down and this uncomfortable situation is going on from late saturday (13 october 2018) till now (16 october 2018) at 10 AM CET.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? If so, why don't we ask paxum to join a more serious prepaid cards issuer?

I'll have to renew my servers in a couple days and I have no backup card, and anyone in the same situation can understand how displeasing this situation can be.

I'm asking to understand if this is a localized problem or if it's a global issue, since I don't trust support centers anymore. Especially banks' ones!
