It's the same as someone seeking out a contract killer to kill someone but doesn't use that contract killer.. Yet the target still ends up dead.. The police would obviously assume he hired someone else to do that job.. But never mind now, because you will make excuses as to it's no big deal and probably Hillary's fault..
