It doesn't matter if it was a Israeli company, a British company, a French company but it would be extremely damning if it were Russians.

The point of the matter is it shows Trump's campaign actively seeked outside groups who could affect the election through fake user accounts on social media.

The article says as far as they know he didnt use the Israeli firm.. Yet fake Nick's on social media linked to the election were used by Russia to support Trump.

This shows his campaign willingly seeked out this kind of help to attack his competitors in the election.

It's as big of a red flag for collusion as there could be.

It's the same as someone seeking out a contract killer to kill someone but doesn't use that contract killer.. Yet the target still ends up dead..

The police would obviously assume he hired someone else to do that job..
